Candlelight Yin Yoga New Year Workshop

About the Event
This workshop will aim to completely relax and nourished your body and soul by practicing yin yoga in a calming safe environment surrounded with beautiful glowing candlelight. We will be practicing gentle yin yoga postures with breathing, mantras, calming music, and meditation. The session will be ended with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with sound instruments and essential oils.
The workshop is suitable for all from complete beginners upwards and will be fully guided throughout the session.
Bring along a yoga mat, yoga blocks, cushions, bolster (not essential), a blanket for relaxation.
